About the daily word clues quiz

Ten questions for a short break

Solve names of subway stations, foods and countries using letter clues and a sentence hint. Each round has ten questions and no time limit. It is a short memory and vocabulary challenge that rewards connecting the clues rather than typing quickly.

Daily challenge or topic practice

The daily challenge changes at midnight in Korea Standard Time. The same date uses the same ten question IDs. Topic practice draws ten random questions from Subway, Food or Countries. Starting a new practice round reshuffles the pool, so some questions may repeat.

Read the letters and the hint together

Each word reveals its first character; dots show the remaining characters. Combine this pattern with the sentence hint to identify the intended answer. The Korean edition uses Hangul initial consonants. Other editions use translated answers and word patterns in the selected language.

Answer, retry or skip

Type an answer and press Enter or Check. A wrong attempt leaves the question open so you can try again. A correct answer unlocks Next. Skip moves past a difficult question, with its answer revealed in the final review. Spaces, common punctuation and listed aliases are accepted.

Understand your score

Your score is the number of correct answers out of ten. Skipped questions earn no points, and elapsed time is shown for reference. Replaying helps you remember answers; compare first attempts for a fairer friendly challenge. Best scores are separated by language, topic and daily date.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free? Do I need an account or an app?

Play free in your browser without signing up or installing an app. Use a physical keyboard on a computer or the on-screen keyboard and Check button on mobile. The sound control lets you mute effects whenever you wish.

Will my records appear on another device?

Records stay in this browser and do not sync automatically to other devices. Clearing browser data removes them. The game still works when storage is blocked, but your best score may not persist.

Is there live multiplayer or a global leaderboard?

For now, play separately and share scores and links. There is no live match or official global ranking. Compare the same city and line for station recall, or the same language and date for the daily quiz.
