Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
1. Overview
This policy applies to both the mobile app and the PC (Steam) version of the game "K-jihacheol". The developer (Leya, the "developer") does not directly collect user personal information or store it on any server. See sections 2 and 4 for platform-specific differences.
There is no account system. Game records (clear times, hint counts, etc.) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
2. Information collected automatically by third-party services
The app uses the following third-party services for advertising and service improvement. These services may automatically collect certain information such as advertising identifiers.
This section applies to the mobile app (iOS and Android) only. The PC (Steam) version does not use the services listed below — see section 4.
- Google AdMob — may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and device information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. See How Google uses information from partner sites.
- Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymized usage statistics (screen views, sessions, etc.) used to improve the app. See the Google Privacy Policy.
3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, you choose whether to allow tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy. All app features remain available if you decline; you will simply see non-personalized ads.
4. PC (Steam) version
The PC version distributed on Steam contains no advertising. The third-party services listed in section 2 (Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics) are never initialised in the PC version, and the developer collects and transmits no user information whatsoever from it.
Game records and settings are stored only on the user's PC. If Steam Cloud saves are used, that data is synchronised to Valve's servers and is governed by Valve's Privacy Policy.
Purchases, refunds, reviews and other transactions on the Steam platform are handled by Valve. The developer does not receive information that identifies individual users.
5. Data retention and deletion
Game records and settings are kept only in your device's local storage. Uninstalling the app deletes all data. You can also reset your records at any time with the delete button on the Records tab.
6. Children's privacy
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served in accordance with Google's advertising policies.
7. Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page. Significant changes may also be noted in app update notes.
