Start with the city you know better. Both Seoul and Busan let you choose an entire city or a familiar line. The time limit stays the same, but the range of accepted names changes.

What whole-city mode includes

It accepts stations in that city's registered line data. Some Seoul lines extend outside Seoul's administrative boundary, while other regional lines belong to another game selection. Use the selected dataset rather than geography alone to judge the answer range.

Focus on one line

Choose a line such as Seoul Line 2 or Busan Line 1 to narrow the pool. You can enter the names in any order, including starting at a terminal. Once comfortable with a line, expand to the whole city.

Interchanges and repeated names

Familiar interchanges such as Gangnam or Seomyeon are valid starting points. A shared name scores once across lines. A famous station outside the selected line is still outside the range; check your selection if an answer is rejected.

Changing city resets the line

A city change clears the previous line condition so it cannot carry into an unrelated city. Choose all city lines or select a new line after changing. Shared links include the city and selected line.

Alternate the two cities

Read unfamiliar names in the typing game before returning to recall. Remembering a few newly learned stations can be a useful goal on a first attempt. Records are separated by city and line, so switching selections preserves each personal best.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Seoul mode include stations in Gyeonggi?

Yes, when they occur in the selected Seoul line data. Administrative borders do not define the game range.

Does a shared Busan link keep the line?

A link containing a city and line opens those conditions. Each player starts separately.
